Three products, built around Australian native fruit

Kessine makes three products: a vitamin C serum, a peptide serum and an under eye cream. Each one is built around Australian native botanicals such as Kakadu Plum, Davidson Plum, Rosella and Quandong, which grow in some of the most sun-exposed country on earth. They are designed to layer together, thinnest to thickest.

Kakadu Plum Vitamin C Serum

A 30ml serum with Kakadu Plum, Davidson Plum and Rosella. The active is Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, a stable derivative of vitamin C. Pure L-Ascorbic Acid is the better known form, but it oxidises quickly once it meets air and light, which is why so many serums turn yellow or brown on the shelf. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate does not oxidise the same way, and it is also the gentler of the two forms, which matters if your skin reacts easily.

Anti-Ageing Peptide Serum

A lightweight 30ml serum built around Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7), with hyaluronic acid and CoQ10, plus pomegranate and sea buckthorn oil. It helps skin look smoother and fine lines look less visible.

Under Eye Cream with Kakadu Plum and Quandong

A rich, cushiony eye cream in a 15ml pump, with Kakadu Plum and Quandong, organic jojoba, shea butter and hyaluronic acid. It contains no retinol, and is made for the delicate skin around the eyes.

Fragrance-free and made in Australia

All three are fragrance-free, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Kessine is made in Australia by Eagle Reborn PTY LTD, ABN 68 695 496 970. How to use them

On clean skin, apply the vitamin C serum first, then the peptide serum, then the eye cream, and follow with moisturiser, and with sunscreen during the day. Patch test each product before first use. None of them is a sunscreen or a substitute for one. Nothing replaces proper sun protection, and sunscreen does that job.
