Shipping policy

We ship the Kessine Kakadu Plum Vitamin C Serum across Australia. Orders are packed and dispatched from a fulfilment centre within Australia, in plain, unbranded packaging.

Dispatch and handling

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Allowing for handling, most Australian metropolitan orders arrive within about 4 to 7 business days of being placed. Regional and remote addresses can take longer.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods, over public holidays, or where the carrier experiences delays.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat A$9.95 anywhere we deliver in Australia. Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders of A$79 or more, so it is reached on orders of two bottles or more. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier

We use a national fulfilment network rather than a single courier, and the carrier is selected per shipment based on the delivery address. That means we cannot tell you in advance which carrier will deliver your order. Your dispatch confirmation will identify the carrier and include tracking where it is available.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping. We are unable to deliver to a small number of remote Australian postcodes: 2898, 2899, 4875, 6798 and 6799. If your postcode is affected, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Tracking and problems

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation with tracking details where the carrier provides them. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out. Please also read our Returns and Refunds policy, which sets out your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
